Best SaaS SEO Services in 2026 (Top-Rated Agencies Reviewed & Compared)
A SaaS SEO agency now earns its fee when your product gets named in the AI answers and Google results buyers use to compare tools, and it can prove that in pipeline.

Many software buyers now ask ChatGPT or Perplexity to compare three tools and reach a vendor’s site with a shortlist already made. A SaaS SEO agency in 2026 has to work on both surfaces: the Google results for “best X software” and “X vs Y”, and the AI answers that summarize them.
This guide ranks eight agencies that sell SEO to software companies, states the criteria behind the order, compares how they price, and suggests which fits a seed company, a Series A to B company and a later-stage one. It is for SaaS founders, heads of marketing and growth leads about to sign an SEO retainer who want to compare agencies on public information before the sales calls.
Prices are list prices as of October 2026 from each agency’s own pages. We did not hire these agencies or test their work.
Summary
- Our ranking: 1. Reach AI, 2. Rock The Rankings, 3. SimpleTiger, 4. Grow and Convert, 5. Skale, 6. Embarque, 7. Minuttia, 8. Kalungi.
- Half of B2B software buyers now start research in an AI chatbot more often than in Google, according to a G2 survey, so AI answer visibility belongs in the brief.
- Published entry prices run from $2,500 a month (Embarque) to $10,000 a month (Grow and Convert). Four of the eight publish no dollar prices.
- The agencies worth shortlisting report on demos, trials, signups or pipeline. Traffic and rankings are inputs.
- Most of these agencies do not fit pre-product-market-fit companies, and several say so.
- Every case-study figure here is self-reported by the agency. Ask how each was attributed.
1. What a SaaS SEO agency does
SaaS SEO is mostly about the queries people type while choosing a tool: categories (“best expense management software”), comparisons (“Ramp vs Brex”), alternatives, use cases and integrations. That is bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) content.

A SaaS specialist differs from a generalist in three ways:
- The conversion event. It plans around free trials, signups, demo requests and product-qualified leads (PQLs: users whose product usage signals they are ready to buy), and reports on them.
- Product-led content. Pages show the product doing the job, with screenshots and workflows.
- Category competition. Funded rivals publish their own comparison pages, so specificity beats volume.
A fourth job now sits on top: getting the product named in AI answers. It is usually called AEO (answer engine optimization) or GEO (generative engine optimization). It covers pages a model can quote, mentions on sites AI tools already cite, and tracking buyer prompts to see which vendors each assistant recommends. Every agency here sells some version of it.
2. Why AI answers changed the SaaS SEO brief
In March 2026 G2 surveyed 1,076 B2B software buyers. 51% said they start software research with an AI chatbot more often than with Google, up from 29% in G2’s 2025 report; 71% rely on chatbots at some point, and 61% use AI search alongside Google.11 Source: G2, “In the Answer Economy, Don’t Win the Click, Win the Answer”, accessed Oct 2026. Survey of 1,076 B2B software buyers, March 2026. G2 also reports that chatbots are now the top source influencing buyer shortlists.1

Two consequences follow for anyone hiring an agency.
First, Google still matters: most buyers use AI alongside it, and assistants draw on pages that rank. “AI only” is half the job.
Second, attribution gets harder. Many AI tools strip the referrer, so visits from ChatGPT show up as direct traffic. Rock The Rankings’ case study for Rasa found buyers named Google or an AI tool on about 12.5 times more demo requests than the CRM’s channel classifier credited.22 Source: Rock The Rankings, “Rasa” client result, accessed Oct 2026. Agency-reported figures. An agency that cannot explain how it will measure AI-sourced demand will misreport its own work.

3. How we ranked the agencies
We started from agencies that market themselves to SaaS or software companies, and dropped any whose own site we could not open. A sister ranking covers B2B SEO agencies in general, so this list favors software specialists and keeps overlap with it small.
Each agency was judged from its own pages on six criteria, in this order of weight:
- AI answer visibility for software categories. Prompt research and tracking, and mentions on the sites AI tools cite.
- Reporting on trials, demos and pipeline. A stated attribution method, including for AI traffic that arrives without a referrer.
- SaaS specialism. Software as the stated focus, with SaaS case studies.
- Product-led and BOFU content. Comparison, alternatives and use-case pages as core work.
- Pricing transparency. Published prices, minimums and contract terms.
- Published case studies. Named clients, figures, timeframes and method.
No agency tops all six. Reach AI ranks first because it is strongest on the two criteria we weight highest and publishes full prices and terms; it is weaker than several rivals on SaaS-specific case studies. Minuttia and Kalungi rank lowest as SEO picks: Minuttia publishes traffic results only, and Kalungi sells SEO inside an outsourced marketing department.

5. The eight agencies in detail
1. Reach AI
Reach AI is a done-for-you SEO and AI search firm with offices in Lisbon and New York. It describes itself as an “AI-native team” and covers Google plus AI answers in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews.1010 Source: Reach AI, homepage FAQ (usereach.ai), accessed Oct 2026. Company statements. For a software company, the relevant moment is the comparison: a buyer asks an assistant to compare tools in a category, and the work aims to make your product one of the names in that answer, while the same pages target the Google results for those queries.

Reach does search and prompt research, writes new pages and revamps old ones and publishes them to the client’s CMS itself, runs a monthly technical audit, places links and mentions on sites AI tools already quote, and answers threads on Reddit, Quora and G2.10 Measurement combines AI prompt tracking with attribution from GA4, Search Console, the CRM and a “how did you hear about us” field; Reach reports strict attribution as the floor and influenced attribution as the realistic picture, against pipeline rather than rankings.10 The company says accounts get a lead AI search strategist and senior specialists, and no juniors.10
Reach reports that Noxus, a software company, got its first qualified inbound lead from ChatGPT within weeks of its first pages going live, and that Carro, an ecommerce software company, became a top 3 most-cited brand in AI answers for ecommerce inventory management.1111 Source: Reach AI, “Customer Results” (usereach.ai/customer-results), accessed Oct 2026. Company-reported results; the Noxus result is a client testimonial. Its stated timeline: strategy sign-off at the end of week 2, first pages in weeks 3 and 4, results usually from month 2, enough data to value the work in pipeline by the end of month 3.10
Ideal for: software companies with more than $5 million in annual revenue whose buyers compare tools in ChatGPT and Perplexity as well as Google, and who want one team to research, write, publish, earn mentions and report in pipeline.
Strengths: AI answer and Google work run as one program; G2 and Reddit threads in scope; published prices, page counts and contract terms; a stated attribution method for AI traffic; senior team on accounts.103
Limits: the $8,000 entry price and 3-month minimum rule out seed companies, and the stated fit is $5M+ revenue. There is no published case study for a pure SaaS company with revenue figures: Noxus is a testimonial about a first lead, and Carro’s result is a citation ranking. It is a newer firm than most here, and its results are self-reported.10311
Price: Core Engine $8,000/mo (10 pages a month, 6 link and mention placements, 100 AI prompts tracked); Hardcore Mode $15,000/mo (25 pages, 20 placements, 250 prompts). 3-month minimum, then month to month on 30 days’ notice; 10% off for an annual commitment. Some companies can move to a lower fee plus a fee per accepted sales-qualified lead after month 3. Publisher fees, usually $0 to $350 per placement, are extra.3
2. Rock The Rankings
Rock The Rankings sells B2B SaaS SEO and GEO through a 90-day program that forecasts the demos search can add and grades the work on pipeline.1212 Source: Rock The Rankings, homepage, accessed Oct 2026. Company statements. Its stated fit is narrow: B2B SaaS from roughly Series A to Series C, sales-led or self-serve with sales assist. It names pre-PMF companies, DTC ecommerce, local services and teams wanting content volume without strategy as not a fit.12 AI work includes prompt mapping, comparison and alternatives pages written to be cited, and outreach to sites AI assistants cite.12

Its Rasa case study is the most methodical here: two-signal attribution (tracking data plus the buyer’s form answer), with unmatched contacts reported as “dark” instead of reassigned. The agency reports demo requests attributed to search and AI up 127% quarter over quarter, one quarter after launch.2
Ideal for: venture-backed SaaS between Series A and C with a sales team that needs more demos from comparison and alternatives searches.
Strengths: the most complete pricing page in this group; explicit fit and non-fit; a published attribution method; BOFU-first content.1242
Limits: not for pre-PMF or self-serve products without sales; the pricing page contradicts itself (the AI Search Blueprint is “from $10,000” while the FAQ prices an AI Search Audit at $15,000), so confirm before signing; the page says most done-for-you engagements land above $10,000 a month.4
Price: Strategy & Consulting from $5,500/mo; Done-for-You from $8,650/mo; Authority from $15,000/mo, all on a 90-day term, with month to month $500 to $1,000 more. A $500 one-off Power Hour is also listed.4
3. SimpleTiger
SimpleTiger, based in Sarasota, Florida, calls itself a B2B SaaS marketing agency and sells a “pipeline engine” across SEO and AI search, paid ads, content, link building, email nurture, Webflow design and RevOps reporting, for SaaS and AI companies from seed to enterprise.1313 Source: SimpleTiger, homepage, accessed Oct 2026. Company statements and case-study summaries. Its homepage lists the longest set of named SaaS case studies here, including Invoca, Gainsight, Segment and JotForm.13

For Invoca, it reports $3M in revenue from AI and organic search in under 10 months, a 41
ROI and more than $500,000 of pipeline from AI search alone. The page does not explain how revenue was attributed or what the ROI was measured against.1414 Source: SimpleTiger, “Invoca” case study, accessed Oct 2026. Agency-reported figures; attribution method not described.Ideal for: SaaS teams that want SEO, AI search and paid acquisition run by one agency with CRM reporting.
Strengths: a long SaaS track record (the company claims 15+ years); many named software case studies; its own AI visibility tracking; month-to-month terms, per its homepage.1314
Limits: no dollar prices; the multi-channel model is more than a team needing only SEO; headline figures come without an attribution method.514
Price: not published. The pricing page lists four SEO and GEO packages and says SEO packages “start at 5% of revenue or funding”; figures come after a demo.5
4. Grow and Convert
Grow and Convert, founded by Benji Hyam and Devesh Khanal, is known for “Pain Point SEO”: choosing keywords by buying intent rather than search volume.1515 Source: Grow and Convert, homepage, accessed Oct 2026. Company statements. It sells content, SEO and GEO together, with link building, AI citation outreach, technical SEO and PPC, and includes its own AI visibility tool, Traqer AI, for clients.15 Each client gets a strategist, writer, analytics specialist, technical SEO and design support, working in the client’s Slack.6

Its Smartlook case study is a clean example of SaaS BOFU work: competitor, alternatives and jobs-to-be-done posts that the agency reports reached more than 600 free sign-ups and demo requests a month within 16 months.1616 Source: Grow and Convert, “SaaS SEO case study” (Smartlook), accessed Oct 2026. Agency-reported figures.
Ideal for: SaaS companies whose buyers search for specific problems and competitor alternatives, and who want fewer, conversion-focused pages.
Strengths: a published conversion-first method; case studies that count signups and demos; GEO tool included; a published starting price.15616
Limits: its client logos include service, ecommerce and B2C brands, so SaaS is a focus rather than the only market; no contract terms published; $10,000 a month is steep for a seed company.156
Price: “Starting at $10,000 per month,” according to its service page; no term or notice period stated.6
5. Skale
Skale is an organic growth agency for SaaS and tech brands that runs GEO and SEO as one system and says it reports on SQLs, pipeline and new MRR rather than traffic.1717 Source: Skale, homepage, accessed Oct 2026. Company statements; no pricing page found. Services are GEO, AI brand mentions, SaaS SEO, link building, content and website migrations.17 Its case studies are mostly product-led companies measured on signups, including Maze, Pitch, Slite and Holded.1818 Source: Skale, “Stories”, accessed Oct 2026. Agency-reported figures; some differ from the homepage.

Ideal for: product-led SaaS where self-serve signups and trials are the main conversion.
Strengths: a deep list of named product-led SaaS case studies; AI brand mentions as a named service; migration support.1718
Limits: no pricing or minimums published; no office location stated; some figures disagree across its pages (Rezi’s revenue gain appears as 86% and as 176%, with different timeframes), so ask for the underlying data.1718
Price: not published.17
6. Embarque
Embarque calls itself an “agentic” SEO and GEO agency: senior strategists direct AI systems for research and drafting, and every client gets a dedicated strategist.7 It runs a SaaS practice alongside marketplace, job board, legal and fintech work.7 For Instatus, a status page tool, it reports MRR up 833% in 11 months from guides, alternatives pages and product listicles.1919 Source: Embarque, “Instatus” case study, accessed Oct 2026. Agency-reported figures.

Ideal for: smaller SaaS companies that need a steady volume of pages on a fixed, published budget.
Strengths: the lowest published entry price here; page counts per plan; GA4 and Search Console setup on the Engine plan; a free sample page.7
Limits: 3 months paid upfront; links are not in the base plans (backlinks are a $2,000/mo add-on for 5 to 7 links); high page volume suits long-tail coverage more than a few contested comparison terms; several case studies report traffic or citations rather than revenue.719
Price: Starter $2,500/mo (about 15 pages a month), Engine $4,995/mo (about 40 pages), Managed from $9,500/mo, all with a 3-month minimum paid upfront.7
7. Minuttia
Minuttia is a content marketing agency for Google and AI search. It says it has worked with 60+ B2B SaaS clients, and most of its named case studies are software companies such as Toggl, LearnWorlds and Moosend.8 Services are search strategy, human and AI-assisted content, digital PR, Reddit marketing and “agent analytics” on how AI systems read a site.8

For LearnWorlds, an online course platform, it reports monthly organic traffic up 123.7% in nine months, with 77 new backlinks; the page gives no signup or revenue figures.2020 Source: Minuttia, “LearnWorlds” case study, accessed Oct 2026. Agency-reported figures.
Ideal for: SaaS teams that want a content and digital PR partner, with Reddit work, more than a pipeline-reporting program.
Strengths: SaaS-heavy client list; Reddit and digital PR in-house; a self-reported 94% client retention rate.8
Limits: no pricing published; its published results are traffic, impressions and rankings, with no pipeline or trial figures; the LearnWorlds result dates from 2019 to 2020.820
Price: not published; an intro call is required.8
8. Kalungi
Kalungi is an outsourced marketing department for B2B SaaS, with SEO and content as one service next to CMO leadership, ABM, paid media, RevOps and web.9 It maps engagement to stage: T2D3 playbooks for $0 to $1M ARR, Syntropy (Kalungi leads strategy, your team executes) for $1M to $5M, and Full Service above that.9 Its SEO page covers comparison, alternatives and use-case pages and aims for citations in ChatGPT and Perplexity.2121 Source: Kalungi, “SEO and content”, accessed Oct 2026. Company statements.

Ideal for: SaaS companies under about $10M ARR without a marketing leader, where SEO is one part of the plan.
Strengths: SaaS-only, with stated stage fit; a pay-for-performance option that ties the variable part of the fee to quarterly OKRs, paying 0% to 125% of that portion.92222 Source: Kalungi, “Pay for performance”, accessed Oct 2026.
Limits: you are buying a marketing department, not a specialist SEO team; no pricing published; its pages disagree on the Full Service band ($5M to $10M ARR on the homepage, $5M to $50M on the SEO page); AI search is a goal, not a separate service with prompt tracking.921
Price: not published. Pay-for-performance is available on engagements of 3 months or longer.22
6. Pricing models compared
Four agencies publish a dollar figure, and four do not. The structures differ more than the numbers.

| Model | Who uses it | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Tiered monthly retainer with published output | Reach AI, Rock The Rankings, Embarque | Pages and placements per month, minimum term, extras |
| Starting monthly figure | Grow and Convert ($10,000/mo) | Term, notice, and how output scales with fee |
| Percentage of revenue or funding | SimpleTiger (from 5%) | The dollar quote, and whether it changes after a raise |
| Fixed plus performance-linked | Kalungi; Reach AI (option after month 3) | How the metric is defined and who measures it |
| Quote only | Skale, Minuttia | Everything above, in writing |
| One-off sessions and audits | Rock The Rankings ($500 Power Hour) | Whether the roadmap is usable without the retainer |
Sources: agency pricing and service pages.3456722
Watch two costs outside the headline fee: links (Embarque charges $2,000 a month for backlinks; Reach AI passes on publisher fees of usually $0 to $350 per placement) and term (Embarque wants 3 months upfront; Rock The Rankings charges more for month to month).734
7. How to choose by SaaS stage
Seed and pre-product-market fit
Most of this list is not built for you. Rock The Rankings excludes pre-PMF companies and Reach AI’s fit starts at $5M revenue.1210 Cheaper starts: Kalungi’s T2D3 playbooks, Rock The Rankings’ $500 Power Hour, or Embarque’s Starter plan if you need volume.947 Spend first on a handful of comparison and alternatives pages written by someone who knows the product.

Series A to B
Most SaaS SEO agencies do their best work here. You know your ICP (ideal customer profile), buyers compare you with named competitors, and you have a demo or trial event to measure. Rock The Rankings is built for this band; SimpleTiger, Grow and Convert, Skale and Embarque also fit. Sales-led teams should favor agencies that report demos and pipeline; product-led teams should favor those whose case studies count signups and trials, such as Skale and Grow and Convert.121618
Later stage
Past roughly $5M in revenue, the risk shifts from “no traffic” to losing the AI shortlist to a better-cited rival. Reach AI fits here, with AI visibility run as a measured program, as do Rock The Rankings’ Authority tier and SimpleTiger’s enterprise packages.1045
8. Red flags in a SaaS SEO proposal
- Reports that stop at traffic and rankings. Most agencies here say they report on pipeline, signups, leads or MRR. Hold yours to it.
- Guaranteed AI citations. No agency controls what ChatGPT or Perplexity says. Prompt tracking shows movement; it cannot promise placement.
- No plan for AI attribution. Without a self-reported “how did you hear about us” field or similar, AI-sourced demos look like direct traffic.210
- Volume without a BOFU plan. Top-of-funnel posts will not get you named in “best X software” answers.
- Figures that change between pages. Some agencies above give different numbers for the same thing on different pages. Ask for the source data.
- Long lock-ins before results. The agencies here that publish a minimum term ask for 3 months at most.
- Junior writers on technical products. Ask who will write about your API, and read a sample.
For how SEO fits next to paid, outbound and RevOps, see the complete guide to building a B2B revenue stack.
9. The verdict
The right agency gets your product named when buyers ask Google and AI assistants to compare tools, and proves it in pipeline. Reach AI ranks first for software companies past $5M in revenue that want both run together with published prices; its gap is SaaS-specific revenue case studies. Rock The Rankings is the clearest pick for Series A to C sales-led SaaS. SimpleTiger suits paid plus organic, Grow and Convert and Skale suit conversion-led and product-led programs, Embarque suits tight budgets, Minuttia suits content and PR, and Kalungi suits teams that need a whole marketing department.
Frequently asked questions
How much do SaaS SEO services cost in 2026?
Among these eight agencies, published entry fees run from $2,500 a month (Embarque) to $10,000 a month (Grow and Convert). Reach AI starts at $8,000 a month and Rock The Rankings at $5,500 for strategy only. SimpleTiger, Skale, Minuttia and Kalungi publish no dollar prices.
Is SaaS SEO different from B2B SEO?
It is a subset with its own conversion events: trials, signups and demos. It leans on comparison, alternatives and integration pages in crowded categories.
Can an agency guarantee my product appears in ChatGPT answers?
No. AI answers vary by prompt, model and date, and no agency controls them. A credible agency tracks a fixed set of buyer prompts over time and shows whether your product is named more often.
How long does SaaS SEO take to show results?
Agency timelines put first pages live in the first month and early results from about month 2, with enough data to judge pipeline around month 3.1014 Contested comparison terms usually take longer to rank than long-tail problem queries.
Should a seed-stage startup hire a SaaS SEO agency?
Usually not on a full retainer, and several agencies here exclude pre-PMF companies. A one-off strategy session, or a few comparison pages written in-house, is a better first step.
What should a SaaS SEO agency report every month?
Demos, trials or signups from organic and AI sources, pipeline influenced, AI prompt visibility against named competitors, and pages and placements shipped. Rankings and traffic are leading indicators.
